Buyer Representation

Under this system you are represented during the entire transaction, unlike
the past where the brokers involved all worked for the seller. You now have the option of being represented by a buyer’s broker who’s job is to keep your interests above all else. As your Buyer’s Agent my duty is to always represent you and your best interests, and these duties include:

• Assist in the entire home search from initial interview to closing
• Explain all agency options
• Arrange and accompany property showings
• Assist with financing
• Provide accurate information and disclose relevant material facts
• Explain forms and agreements
• Keep your bargaining and financial information confidential
• Promote and protect your best interests
• Exposure to both listed and non-listed properties
• Prepare Comprehensive Market Analysis (CMA) prior to offer
• Explain in detail offer process and timetable
• Negotiate the right price for you
• Negotiate as many transaction details as possible to your advantage
• Discuss inspection and potential negotiation options
• Monitor escrow and agreements
• Arrange all details for closing
• Follow up after the closing for any issues

There are many other facets of this relationship that we can discuss in detail at our initial meeting, where I can also answer any other questions you have about the entire home-buying experience. The entire process generally takes anywhere from 6 weeks to 3 months, depending on your search criteria and the availability of appropriate listings in your price range.

I welcome the opportunity to work with you and I look forward to your call.

All the best,
 John Barmon
